Our Mums & Bub's Yoga Class is designed to support mums to build strength, reduce stress and meet new people while engaging with their baby (up to 6 months old). This class is held at Jannali on Monday mornings. The cost for the term (8 classes) is $80. Please note that payment is taken at time of booking.

Meet Anxiety: A parenting education program for parents of children with anxiety (October 2024) *Open for Sutherland Shire Residents Only

The "Meet Anxiety" parenting program is delivered over 3 weeks commencing on Wednesday 23rd October 2024 on Zoom. The cost of this program is $20 per family which includes 3 sessions and all program resources.

Each term, we publish a calendar of events for programs we offer. This includes our Parenting Support Programs, Early Childhood and Educational Support Programs and Domestic Violence Support Programs.
Healing Connections Program

This 8 week program works with parents to learn the skills to create an emotionally safe environment and to understand that children heal within secure and caring relationships. It includes combined therapeutic strategies, parent learning sessions, individual counselling and family sessions.
Mums & Bubs Yoga

Mums & Bubs Yoga is a yoga program for mums and their babies (under 6 months old) to build strength, reduce stress and increase connection. Available for Sutherland Shire residents.
Meet Anxiety

Meet Anxiety is a parenting group for parents of children of any age who suffer from anxiety to help them parent in a way that supports their child's mental and emotional health and builds the child's long term resilience.
Conversation is Key

Conversation is Key is a free parent education workshop of parents of children in Year 5 or 6 about navigating talks with your child about healthy relationships and consent.
Consent Conversations Parenting Workshop

Consent Conversations is a Parent Education Workshop to help parents have open and honest conversations with their teenager about respect and consent in their relationships.
Managing Big Feelings in Little People

Big Feelings in Little People is an Emotion Coaching Program developed by The Family Co. which aims to help parents understand their child's cognitive and emotional development, and give them practical tools to help their children learn how to express their feelings and regulate strong emotions.
Tuning in to Teens

Tuning Into Teens Parent Education Program is a workshop series to help parents learn important skills that will improve their communication and relationships with their teens and reduce conflict in their homes. This program is run periodically throughout the year and is available for Sutherland Shire residents. Call us to see when the next intake is.

Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to help us! We're a lean and specialised team, and while we don't allow volunteers in client facing capacities, we are very grateful to have volunteers who can assist with admin, marketing and events. If you're interested, we'd love to hear from you!

Play and Connect is a free playgroup for families with children aged 0-5, and operates every Thursday morning during school terms at The Family Co centre in Jannali. This supportive group provides opportunity for families to connect with their child through fun, interactive activities, sensory play and art.
