Lola has been part of The Family Co. family for over 30 years, and is our Facilities and Administration Manager. She is the heartbeat of the organisation, and most likely the first person you will encounter if you call our main number. Lola is a passionate advocate for helping families and children, and the guiding light of how to deliver support services with compassion and empathy. As well as managing the facilities of our multiple sites and being the primary liaison for tradespeople and service providers, she also administers our Emergency Relief Program, ensuring families have access to food vouchers and other support options when needed.
