In November, EDYS in partnership with Sutherland Shire Council hosted a series of workshops with young people for the Walk the Walls event in Cronulla. The workshops were held at EDYS with young people working with local street artist Mistery to design a piece for the event and practice their skills. The event took place over two days and the young people successfully completed their art piece.

This is the second year Walk the Walls has come to the Shire, after much success in 2018 for it's debut in the Caringbah precinct. As well as a great weekend of live art and festivities, the Walk the Walls festival also brings live music and food stalls to the area.

The event will be a drawcard for thousands of visitors and residents as local, Indigenous and national artists paint large scale murals in the suburb’s CBD and rail corridors. Artworks were protected by anti-graffiti coatings.
