The Family Co. will not share any personal information with third parties without your written consent, except in instances where: - The Family Co is subpoenaed by a court, which it is legally obliged to comply with, - Immediate risk of harm concerns for yourself or another person, - A disclosure of a criminal offence that has allegedly been committed or is disclosed as intending to be committed, - A child or young person is identified as being at-risk of harm – All staff at The Family Co are mandatory reporters and are required by legislation to report any concerns for child wellbeing.
