Belinda Fairfax joined the Board in October 2019. Belinda holds a BA in Psychology and Economics, and Level 2 Coaching Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia. As a HR Specialist and Business Coach, she brings to the Board a range of people and culture skills including leadership, strategy, performance and stakeholder management, business partnership, coaching, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Rhett Kentwell joined The Family Co. Board in April 2022 and took over the role of Secretary in October 2023. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Nursing. As a current CEO, Rhett has specific interest in business strategy with financial sustainability and stakeholder engagement. He has previously served as the CEO Vitala Health, CEO of Alliance Health and COO of Global Orthopaedic Technology. Read more
Belinda joined the Board in 2022 and became Treasurer in 2023. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business and obtained her chartered accountant qualifications in 2001. Belinda's career spans over two decades including 11 years at KPMG and a further 11 years in finance executive roles. She brings to the Board her skills in financial strategy, sustainable growth and risk management. Read more

Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in the marketing industry and is a leading voice in advertising, regularly speaking on topics ranging from data and technology to the future of digital advertising. Stephanie holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Sydney Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Read more
Andrea Brown joined The Family Co Board in 2023. Andrea holds a degree in Business Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Working in Banking and Financial Services, over the last 25 years, she is experienced in developing and operationalising Strategy, embedding Transformation, Wealth Management and Regulatory Change Programs. She has extensive experience in scaling businesses and building strong teams.
