Walk for Respectful Relationships Call out, Speak out, Help outJoin Us for the Walk for Respectful Relationships – Register Now! The Family Co. invites you to stand with us for a powerful cause at the 2024 Walk for Respectful Relationships on Friday, 29th November. Domestic and family violence devastates lives, and together, we can make a stand. Every step counts. Marshalling will begin at 9:45 AM at Don Lucas Reserve, with the walk starting at 10:00 AM. Our walk will end at South Cronulla Park, where a Community Presentation will be held from 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM. This year's theme is “Call Out, Speak Out, Help Out” – a powerful reminder that we can all play a part in rejecting violence. Whether it's calling out disrespectful behaviour, speaking up when someone needs support, or helping out by offering assistance to those in need, your voice and actions can make a difference. Can't make it to Cronulla? No problem! Get out for a walk anytime during the day and raise awareness with family, friends, or colleagues. Snap a photo and share your support on social media using #EveryStepCounts and #StandUpSpeakOut. We walk to remember that every 9 days, an Australian woman loses her life to domestic violence. Every life lost is one too many. Join us to take a stand, raise your voice, and help create a safer, more respectful community for all. Register today and let’s make a difference together! By participating in this event, you’re not just walking – you’re helping us build a safer community. We look forward to walking with you! Register for the Walk Manage Cookie Preferences
