Create and Grow is a playful, engaging workshop designed for children aged 0–5 and their parents or caregivers to explore, connect, and grow together. Families are invited into a welcoming space where creativity becomes a tool for connection and discovery, with opportunities for art-making, sensory play, and collaborative activities

This FREE workshop aims to:

• Support children to learn to build emotional literacy and facilitate creative expression
• Provide parents with creative strategies to assist in emotional regulation when their children are experiencing big feelings
• Create meaningful moments for parents/caregivers and their child through shared experiences
• Build connection and belonging with other families in the community
