Calming the Senses is an interactive program for students using therapeutic activities to build emotional literacy, support creative self expression, and promote a sense of calm and belonging. These sessions support students to gain an understanding of what happens in their bodies when they lose control of their emotions and provides self-regulation tools and positive strategies to address these sensations.
