A professional development program for Educators and Wellbeing teams

This professional development program supports educators to increase knowledge of domestic and family violence, and how to support children and young people to navigate consent and relationships. This program aims to:

• Explore important topics of respect, consent, healthy and unhealthy relationships, and domestic violence
• Support educators to identify forms, indicators, and understand prevalence and impacts of domestic and family violence
• Incorporate thought-provoking reflective content on how to support children and young people in building their knowledge and understanding of healthy relationships
• Support educators to identify children and young people at risk, and build resources and referral pathways to access support
• Build awareness and communication skills to implement and encourage a whole school approach to listen, lead and support
• Access information and support to manage disclosures safely
