The Toolbox Talks project is now available nation-wide, although these FREE sessions are only available to NSW based workplaces in male dominated industries, up to a maximum number fo 400 employees. Outside of these criteria, our normal fee for service model applies.

For male dominated industries, our "Harnessing the Positive Influence of Men" program is designed to draw focus to the critical role that the leadership of men plays in improving safety for women and children and highlights how social pressures and stereotypes are harmful for both men and women. For more gender balanced workplaces, our "Harnessing the Positive Influence of the Community" program explores the different types and examples of abuse, common indicators someone is using or experiencing violence, bystander responses and explores the social factors that support disrespect and violence towards women and girls. While the importance of male voices in prevention and response is acknowledged, this program focusses on the things each of us can do every day to make a positive difference in our culture now and over time as well as provide safety for people at work, in the community and in homes now.
