  1. What We Do
  2. Therapeutic Services

Therapeutic Services

At the Family Co., we understand that life presents us with various challenges, and sometimes we need guidance to navigate them with clarity and support.

Our Therapeutic Services offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and families. Our team of experienced counsellors specialises in working with individuals, parents, and families, aiming to understand how life experiences impact physical and emotional well-being, thoughts, and behaviours. Through this understanding, we collaboratively develop strategies to help you move towards the life you desire.

What to Expect

In our counselling work, we begin by gaining a comprehensive understanding of your family history and the challenges you'd like support with, as well as identifying your strengths. Together, we set clear goals for the changes you want to see in your life and discuss the frequency and number of sessions required to achieve those goals.

We offer both face-to-face and online counselling options to suit your needs. For more information about our therapeutic services and associated costs, please contact us on (02) 9528 2933.
