Ashleigh Daines is a passionate and dedicated leader in the not-for-profit (NFP) sector who combines a drive for innovative practice with organisational vision & business acumen.

Ashleigh’s board sector experience has included both front line service delivery and management experience spanned across the areas of children and family services, Out of School Hours Care, adolescent services, aged care support, community strengthening programs and initiatives, homelessness, drug and alcohol support as well as NFP fundraising and volunteer coordination.

Ashleigh’s organisational governance experience has seen her support NFP organisations in both an executive management capacity and at a board level; Ashleigh is currently a Board Member of NSW Family Services (Fams), the NSW peak body supporting non-government organisations working with vulnerable children, young people, families & communities.

Ashleigh strives to develop innovative initiatives which positively impact and empower individuals and communities alike through collaborative involvement. Ashleigh has a background in Health Science (Honours) and most recently completed an Executive MBA at the University of Wollongong.
