Social space is a safe space that young people can go to make community connections, re-charge, meet with their friends and receive support from our youth workers. Read more
Pathway of Change DV Support Group is a free, 5 week education and support group designed to provide a safe and nurturing space for women to understand the complexity of Domestic and Family Violence and reduce the social isolation of their experience. Read more
Building Resilience in Children (BRIC) is a highly effective, trauma-informed, attachment parenting service designed to rebuild the relationship of the parent and child following domestic violence and trauma. Read more
Koori Kids Playgroup is held on Wednesdays during school terms at Jannali, and is a culturally sensitive playgroup run by Aboriginal Staff. Read more
Little Koori Thinkers is an Indigenous Homework Group which runs Wednesday afternoons during school terms, established to provide educational support to Aboriginal Children in Years K-2. Read more
Our FREE, 4 week "Baby & Me" Parenting Group for Young Parents is for pregnant or new parents with babies under 6 months to learn parenting skills and "parenting secrets" to help foster connection. Read more
Warrior Women is an empowering self-discovery program for teenage girls. This six-week program is designed to increase knowledge and give tools and strategies for young women to develop resilience, find their essence, build identity and self-esteem and create a supportive community of caring and connected young women. Tuning Into Teens Parent Education Program is a FREE, 6 week workshop series to help parents learn important skills that will improve their communication and relationships with their teens and reduce conflict in their homes. Love Bites is an extremely successful school based domestic and family violence, sexual assault and consent awareness education program, targeted at Year 10 students, which is run in local high schools by trained facilitators. Read more
Big Feelings in Little People is an Emotion Coaching Program developed by The Family Co. which aims to help parents understand their child's cognitive and emotional development, and give them practical tools to help their children learn how to express their feelings and regulate strong emotions. Consent Conversations is a Parent Education Workshop to help parents have open and honest conversations with their teenager about respect and consent in their relationships. Read more
Creative Hearts and Minds Art Classes for Kids are a great way for kids aged 6-12 years to express themselves while trying lots of different art making practices. Read more
Drum Beat Program focusing on exploring healthy, supportive relationships with an emphasis on team work and co-operation. Themes such as self-responsibility, values, emotional expression, identity and peer pressure are all addressed in this program that aims to engage, connect, entertain and encourage participants allowing the expression of creativity and reducing anxiety and stress. Respect is Key is a school based respectful relationships program for primary school students which builds their knowledge and understanding around key concepts of respect, consent and healthy relationships. Read more
Meet Anxiety is a parenting group for parents of children of any age who suffer from anxiety to help them parent in a way that supports their child's mental and emotional health and builds the child's long term resilience. Read more
Conversation is Key is a free parent education workshop of parents of children in Year 5 or 6 about navigating talks with your child about healthy relationships and consent. Read more
Mums & Bubs Yoga is a yoga program for mums and their babies (under 6 months old) to build strength, reduce stress and increase connection. Available for Sutherland Shire residents. Read more
A Respectful Relationship Education workshop for young people in year 10. Engaging young people in relevant, real-world content that matters to them including respect, consent and healthy relationships. Read more
The free Giggle and Grow playgroup provides relaxed and fun organised playdates for parents and their babies aged 0-18 months. Held weekly at Yarrawarrah Community Hall, the sessions allow parents to connect, build their support network, and learn more about their babies. Facilitated by professional staff, the group helps build confidence in parenting skills. Read more
Play and Connect is a free playgroup for families, and operates every Thursday morning during school terms at The Family Co centre in Jannali. This supportive group provides opportunity for families to connect with their child through fun, interactive activities, sensory play and art. Read more
